Job Responsibilities:

1. In-depth understanding of equipment and TPM related theoretical knowledge:

① Understand the basic theory of equipment engineering, and clarify the position and role of TPM management and maintenance work in the company;

(2) Master the functions of different TPM management and maintenance modes in practical work, and choose them reasonably according to the needs of the company;

3. Familiar with the main functions, working procedures and main measures of equipment maintenance, testing, repair and transformation;

④ Have a deep understanding of the four major technologies in TPM management and maintenance field (lubrication technology, diagnosis technology, repair technology and transformation technology), and constantly track their development and application.

2. Familiar with equipment composition, maintenance and maintenance, so that the equipment continues to advance towards automation:

(1) Analyze the equipment composition of the production line, and clarify the characteristics and rules of maintenance;

(2) Reasonably develop equipment maintenance, testing and repair plans based on equipment structure and maintenance characteristics and the company's production and operation needs;
