RD-90 is treated by special surface treatment calcined kaolin having a high brightness, reasonable size distribution and high specific surface area. It is widely used in butyl rubber and all kinds of general-propose rubbers as the partial substitution of silica having a good reinforcement and abrasion resistance,improve thermal stability, aging resistance, insulation and mechanical properties. The tightness and processing property of butyl rubber products are improved greatly because of the good dispersion stability and the unique structure of the microporous sheet in butyl rubber. Meanwhile, RD-90 with the strong chemical inertness and without noble metal can apply to all kinds of food and medicine rubber.
