(Summary description)This project is mainly aimed at the comprehensive utilization of gaolinite coal gangue in coal-based solid waste in coating, papermaking and other industries through dehydroxylation and decarbonization. However, due to the high content of iron and titanium, some gangue affect the physical and chemical indexes such as whiteness, limiting its further development and application, so as to carry out research and industrial transformation. Based on the high activity metakaolin mineral admixture, the cost of concrete can be reduced, the performance defects of ordinary cement concrete can be made up, and the service life of the project can be greatly extended
Up to now, the subject is based on silicon-plated gangue resources in Shanxi Province as raw materials. The preparation of high activity metakaolin powder material has been completed by wet and dry activation grading purification technology. The comprehensive indexes have reached the design requirements of the project. The performance evaluation of high performance concrete is being carried out to determine the appropriate mixing ratio. This project will further realize the high-value utilization of bulk coal measures solid waste, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste resources in our province, and increase employment and profits and taxes in this region.
